Participants from non-EU countries must be holder of a passport valid for at least three months ahead. Participants requiring a VISA should apply immediately to the Consular Office or Embassy of the Austrian Republic in their Country.

Participants needing an official Visa Application Letter in order to attend the conference are requested to send an email to office@bionanomed.at (subject: BioNanoMed 2023 - VISA Application Letter)

Please provide the following information:
Full Name, Affiliation and current position, Date of Birth, Passport No., Date of Expiry, Date of Issue, Place of Issue

Please note: Visa Application Letter will be sent only after completed registration and payment of registration fee!

This VISA Application Letter will be provided to support potential delegates to obtain a VISA. The letter does not mean a commitment on the part of the organizing and scientific committees to provide any financial Support!
