Contributions
The technical program of BioNanoMed 2023 will consist of invited lectures, contributed oral and poster presentations as well as a Poster Award. Invited lectures will be selected among internationally reputed experts of the scientific board.

Badges & Vouchers
Badges must always be visibly worn during the scientific sessions, the coffee and lunch breaks as well as the evening poster session at the conference site.
Please make sure to bring the voucher for the congress dinner and deliver it at the conference staff!

Coffee and Lunch breaks
The congress fee includes admission to scientific programme, poster sessions and exhibition, congress documentation, refreshments during the coffee breaks and lunch snacks.
Accompanying persons have no access to scientific sessions nor to the evening poster session, coffee and lunch breaks. Partner vouchers for the conference dinner can be booked in advance at our registration platform.

Internet and WiFi
Internet and WiFI connection will be available on conference site.

Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be provided on request to all registered participants at the registration desk during the meeting.

Insurance and Liability
In registering for the BioNanoMed 2023 Conference you agree that neither the organising committee nor the congress secretariat accept any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health and travel insurance.

The organisers do not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the event. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. The BioNanoMed 2023 organising committee cannot be held responsible for any changes in the program or any risks due to circumstances beyond their control as well as failures caused by bad weather conditions, natural disasters or through disease outbreak and regulations (pandemia). The organisers do further not accept liability for any inconvenience or expenses resulting from regulations and actions of third-party entities. BioNanoMed 2023 organisers did not authorise any third-party entity to contact exhibitors/ attendees/ participants regarding their registration nor to distribute or sell attendees lists.
